(사)세계문화협회는 재외동포 한인회를 중심으로 한국문화 홍보와 전 세계 문화의 교류 행사를 주관하는 국제 교류단체입니다. 국내에서는 지방자치단체의 지역축제 행사에 세계 문화교류를 지원하고 있으며 (사)세계한인무역협회 (OKTA :World Federation Overseas Korean Traders

Associations) 행사와 한상대회(The World Korean Business Convention)에 함께 해외 축제, 이벤트 행사 등 한국문화 홍보를 주관하고 있습니다. 또한, (사)세계문화협회에서 발간하는 Korea Day “FEEL 한” 잡지는 세계의 공감, 한국의 느낌” 이란 슬로건으로 전 세계 한인 재외동포 네트워크를 활용하여 한인회 Korea Day 행사 지원 및 한국문화 홍보를 위해 발간되는 잡지이며, "FEEL 한” 잡지는 전 세계 한인회장단, 민주평화통일자문회의 해외협의회, 세계경제인연합, 한국상공인연합 등 해외동포 단체들 및 회원들에게 배포 되고 있습니다.

올해는 특히 서울특별시 후원으로 2020년 10월 3일 한국의 날 Korea Day 선포식 (온라인 영상 선포식)과 11월 13일 2020 “Korea day 세계문화축제” 행사를 비대면 온라인 중계 또는 오프라인 행사로 준비하고 있습니다. 이번 국내외학생 그림그리기 공모전 1차 예선 2020년 8월 15일부터 9월 15일까지 참가 신청서를 마감하였고, 참가해주신 학생들과 학부모님께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

코로나바이러스감염-19로 확산으로 초, 중, 고등부, 대학부 등 코로나 정부 지침에 의해 온라인 교육으로 홍보가 뒤늦게 전달되어 여러 미술학원과 학부모님들의 요청으로 2차 예선을 아래와 같이 추가 공모전을 진행하고자 합니다. 많은 참여와 홍보 부탁드립니다!

      ※1차 예선과 2차 예선 시상자 : 10월 말경 개별연락

1) 국내 유치부, 초등부, 중등부, 고등부

2) 해외 초등부, 중등부, 고등부

3) 다문화 유치부, 초등부, 중등부, 고등부

4) 대학부 (유학생, 교환학생, 한국어 연수생 등)

■ 작품 규격

1) 캔버스 5호 유화 34.8㎜ x 27.3㎜

2) 4절 도화지 수채화 또는 펜화

3) 4절 도화지 애니메이션 또는 일러스트 가능

■ 작품 주제

1) 통일부 주제 “한반도 평화통일의 염원”

2) 환경부 주제 “지구촌의 환경문제와 개선방향”

3) 문체부 주제 “5천년 역사 속 찬란한 한국 문화유산”

■ 심사기준 : 작품 주제 표현력 (30점), 색채표현 및 심미성(30점), 구도 및 레이아웃(30점), 작품설명 및 의미해석(10점) / 총점 100점

■ 시상내역 : 각 부별 대상, 금상, 은상, 동상

-서울시장상, 국회 상임위원회 외교통일위원장상, 문화체육관광위원장상, 환경노동위원장상, 교육위원장상 등

The World Culture Association is an international organisation to promote Korean Culture overseas and to exchange with all other cultures. To this end, we host traditional costume parades and fashion shows during local festival events. We also host cultural exchange festivals globally. We are working in conjunction with the World Korean Trade Association (WKTA), the World Federation Overseas Korean Traders (WFOKTT) and the Korean Business Convention (KBC). This year, we prepared a special Korea Day event sponsored by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

- On October 3, 2020, Korea's National Foundation Day, Korea Day Declaration Ceremony (online video clip) A proclamation ceremony.

- On November 13, we are preparing for the 2020 Korea Day World Culture Festival as a non-face-to-face online broadcast or off-line event.

The first preliminary round of the foreign students' K-pop contest was closed from August 21 to September 18, 2020, and we sincerely thank the students for their participation.

Because of the re-diffusion to covid-19 virus, the contents of the contest event were delivered late to students,. according to the government guidelines, online education.

To give more opportunities to foreign students, we would like to proceed with the additional contest for the 2nd preliminary round as follows.

■ Evaluation criteria : ability to express the theme of work (30 points), expression and aesthetic quality (30 points), composition and layout (30 points), description and meaning analysis (10 points) / total score 100 points

■ Participation fee: Free (Print cost for award-winning work is self-contained)

■ Awards : Grand Prize, Gold Prize, Silver Prize, and Bronze Prize for each department (Seoul Mayor's Award, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee Award, Chairman of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee Award, Chairman of the Environment and Labor Committee Award, President of the World Culture Association Award, Peace Chairman Award, World Environmental Association Award, etc.)
